Pride PHC Services, Inc contracts with the Texas DADS (Department of Aging and Disability Services) and the HMOs that provide STAR-PLUS Services to Bexar and surrounding counties.
Pride provides Long Term Care Services that include Personal Attendant Services with PHC (Primary Home Care), CBA (Community Based Alternatives, and the HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) programs. Pride's goal is to enable individuals to remain safe and independent in the familiar surroundings and comfort of their home or residential environment, where we believe people are the happiest to live a healthy lifesytle.
A qualified PCA (Personal Care Attendant) will provide paraprofessional services to our clients that include assistance with the following ADL (Activities of Daily Living):
