What
is the PHC/FC/CBA Program?
The Primary Home Care/Family Care/Community-Based Alternative
(PHC/PC/CBA) is a medicaid program administered by the Texas Department
of Human Services (DHS). The PHC/FC program provides non-technical/non-skilled
attendant services to Medicaid eligible clients. The CBA program provides
technical/skilled attendant services. |
